Course Description

Ed Media Technical Skills Badge (Level II) Ed Media Student Assistants are able to work autonomously and be able to troubleshoot confidentially on their own, while still providing excellent customer service. They also are able to use problem-solving skills and know what steps to take in order to resolve issues or be flexible to come up with solutions in lieu of any system outages. They also take on a larger role amongst their peers and are able to  train, teach, and coach the incoming and Junior-Level Student Assistants.  They have demonstrated awareness of other ITS departments and their roles and can escalate to the correct department if needed.
