Pre-requisite: • Assessment • Observation • Work Experience - Ed Media Customer Service Badge (Level I) Earners of this badge have acquired the basic soft skills and technical competence needed to effectively assist end-users and effectively communicate issues to full-time staff. They have entry-level skills in customer service, proper phone etiquette, over-the-phone troubleshooting (where applicable); familiarity with supporting classroom audio/visual equipment and instructional tools (Panopto, Zoom, Kahoot!); and navigating Windows and Mac computers.
