Pre-requisite: • Assessment • Observation • Work Experience • Application - Ed Media Technical Skills Badge (Level II) Earners of this badge can work autonomously and troubleshoot/resolve issues, while still providing excellent customer service. They possess problem-solving skills and can present flexible solutions during unexpected system outages. They have become a reliable resource to their peers and can train, teach, and coach junior staff.  They have demonstrated awareness of other ITS departments and roles and can escalate to the correct department if needed.
