Course Description

This unique Pace course delivers valuable skills for best-in-practice customer service standards, designed just for undergraduate and graduate students. Customer service skills are highly valued by employers, across all industries and job functions. This course will provide students with the skills needed to deliver excellence in customer service. Over three sessions, students will learn about customer service values, best practices in customer service communication, and the importance of the service mindset. 

Upon successful completion, students will be eligible to receive a digital badge that can be uploaded to their professional social media.

This course is delivered online, synchronously. Each of the three required sessions is 90 minutes in length.
