Course Description

In a perfect world, we would not have to conduct workplace investigations. In the real world, however, employees are people who come to work with their personal problems and the baggage that is attached to them. Because workplace problems are personally important to the employees involved, we have to deal with issues that are not cleanly delineated and not easily resolved. That’s why we have to conduct investigations; to get to the heart of the issues and make judgment calls about what to do.
