Course Description

Lean Management ("Lean") is a popular concept that creates value with limited resources. Because Lean applies in every business and every process and is about people, culture, and leadership, HR has recognizes its importance and has begun to apply the principals of Lean to HR practices, processes and procedures. Lean aligns how an organization thinks and works and includes such principles as communication, teamwork, efficient use of resources, and continuous improvement. In this exciting course, the concepts of Lean Management will be explored through practical examples – from introduction to implantation. Approved for 7 rectification credits towards PHR, SPHR, GPHR recertification.
