Course Description

This course will discuss HR’s role in developing, implementation and managing an effective performance review process for an organization. Issues such as the HR manager’s role in development of the performance instrument, assuring timeliness, the performance interview, and legal/ethical issues will be examined. The HR manager’s role as internal consultant to line managers will also be discussed. Qualifies for 7 recertification credits toward PHR, SPHR, and GPHR recertification.
