Course Description

2013 was a year of dramatic change for employers large and small. What are proactive organizations and Human Resource professionals planning for in 2014? During this seminar, we’ll explore new compensation approaches and the changing landscape of total rewards. We’ll spend time considering the impact of US v. Windsor on your organization’s policies, programs, and benefits plans. Executive compensation in both for-profit and non-profit organizations will also be on the agenda. In addition, our seminar will examine techniques for effective Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) compliance in 2014. There will be ample time for discussion, so please be sure to bring your questions!
