Course Description

This seminar will help HR professionals to understand the steps needed in setting up a talent acquisition strategy in their organizations. It will show them strategies to help facilitate communication among the three pillars of talent acquisition: the hiring manager, the human resources department and the prospective job candidate. Participants will also acquire skills for assessing and hiring of qualified talent. Compensation options and organizational “branding” will also be explored. Participants will receive a Certificate of Completion.
