This course will reveal the hidden secrets of nine (9) types of interviews performed by HR today from pre-screening, structured interviews through to behavioral interviewing. Review the Federal Guidelines on interviewing and what you can and shouldn’t ask. The second phase focuses on training and coaching and managers on how and what to say in interviews that keep winning teams and separated from legal liabilities.
