Course Description

This course will cover an overview of the principles of project management as it relates to facilities management and its role and functional relationships the organization it serves.  It will explore the terminologies that define the tasks of managing facilities pertinent to the scale of its environment.   Discussions on various types of corporate planning such as strategic planning, operational planning, and project planning will be covered.  Effects of organizational growth and its impact on facility management and capital budgeting and long range planning will also be covered.
