Course Description

This course will focus on the necessary skills to be effectively handle the complexities and legalities of Employee Relations and will include a wide range of concepts, practices and procedures that affect the relationship between employers and employees as well as the relationship between employees themselves. This course will also address the impact of policies, practices and culture on Employee Relations and will help the participant understand and develop the ability to anticipate, address and diffuse workplace issues that may interfere with employee performance. Participants will receive a Certificate of Completion. Qualifies for 7 recertification credits toward PHR, SPHR, and GPHR recertification.
